Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats.
1 cup sifted plain flour.
1 cup brown suger, firmly packed.
1/2 cup coconut.
125 g butter.
2 tablespoons golden syrup.
1 tablespoon boiling water.
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.


Method

Mix oats, sifted flour, suger and coconut together in a large bowl.

Melt syrup and butter together in another bowl.

Combine soda with boiling water and stir into melted butter and syrup.

Stir mixture into dry ingredients.

Place rounded teaspoons of mixture onto a lightly greased oven tra.

Flatten out with a fork.

Bake in a slow oven (160 c) for about 20 minutes or until biscuits feel a bit firm.

Loosen biscuits and cool on wire trays.

This mixture makes about 25 biscuits.

Great excursion to Bundeena

We went to Bundeena on 1st June for excursion. It was our 1st excursion with our beloved teacher Marion.We got together in cronulla and cought the ferry. We started our walk through the reserve and went to the jibbon beach and Royal national park.

The jibbon beach and adjacent creeks,inlets and woodlands once provided our ancestors with all their needs for a happy and healthy existence.We saw the engravings which is about 5000 years old.We saw the aboriginal arts which were very beautiful and strange.The rain was also joined with us. It couldn't stop our exiting excursion. We went back home about 4 p.m with lots of fun.

Future plan

Everyone has future plan. I have a nice future plan. First, I try to do my skill for work and training course. Next year i will take enrollment in childcare course. After that i will do diploma in children service. I was a teacher in my country and i try to build my career in this profession.

The Castle

The Castle is a family based movie.It's about the Kerrigans family. They are big family but they are very much close knit.Their activities are interesting too.

In this film, I liked the character of Darryl.Becauce he is the father and backbone of the family. He is a tow-truck driver. He faced some problems with the property.Two times he failed and thirdly he won the case and got the house.

I think, a father drives the family like a tow-truck driver and builds the casthe for the family.

Marion's holiday

Marion went to Falls Creek in Victoria with her husband on the 26 of December 2008.Her daughter went later with her friend. She spent her holiday for a week.She went there in winter but now she decided to go there in summer.She saw cattles,flowers ,water fall.She enjoyed a lot with her family and spent a great time.
